Soheila Biria assumed ownership of A Gentle Touch in 2001 after five years of being part of a successful electrology practice in Rockville, MD, which was established in 1981.

Her goal for each client is to create a realistic treatment plan and to achieve a rewarding outcome.  She enjoys working with a variety of clients – men, women, transgender and  clients as young as 12. The highlight of Soheila’s profession is seeing her clients get results that surpass their imagination and for them to feel better about themselves.

Her clients have been as young as 12 years old with concurrent excess hair growth and teenage acne, middle-aged professional woman dealing with hormonal changes that affect their skin as well as hair growth, to transgendered individuals on their journey through their transition.

As a skin care expert, Soheila has also been featured in both the Montgomery Journal and Washington Jewish Week.
